Refund and Returns Policy
Public Events
It is our policy to allow all guests to have a fantastic experience. While there are no refunds, our customers will be given a credit towards our next public event.
You will NOT be given a credit if you fail to show or if cancellation is NOT done 48 hours before the event.
Portable Picasso reserves the right to cancel, postpone and change a class in unforeseen circumstances. Registration fees are refunded when the class is canceled by us. There are no refunds on Gift Certificates.
Private Events
If you need to cancel or reschedule your party, a minimum of one week (7 days) notice is required.
If cancellation is done within the allotted time, the reservation deposit will be given a credit towards your next private event. This credit will not expire and can be used for an event in the future.
If you fail to give us at least one week (7 days) notice from your scheduled event date, your reservation deposit will NOT be credited towards any event or refunded back to you. If your guests don’t show up for any reason, please understand that we have a minimum number to meet and the total balance remains despite of guest change.
